Home Styling Project – BLVD Downtown, Dubai – UAE
This home styling project in Dubai began with a simple brief: make it beautiful. With no defined style or strict direction to follow, the design evolved into an eclectic interior filled with depth, contrast and unexpected details.
The apartment combines dramatic wallpaper, parquet flooring and carefully layered furnishings to create an atmosphere that feels expressive without becoming overwhelming. Each element adds another layer to the composition, allowing the spaces to reveal themselves gradually rather than presenting a single, predictable aesthetic.
In the living area, contrasting textures and patterns create a sense of visual intrigue. The styling brings together different influences while maintaining a considered relationship between colour, scale and proportion. Rather than matching every element, we allowed each piece to contribute its own character to the overall composition.
The dining area continues this approach, using layered textures and distinctive decorative details to create a setting that feels both intimate and unexpected. The result is an eclectic space where the relationship between the individual elements becomes part of the design itself.
The bedroom takes the same layered approach into a more personal setting. Wallpaper adds depth and drama, while the carefully selected furnishings create a softer balance within the room.
Ultimately, the project became an exercise in home styling through instinct, proportion and individuality. Without a predefined aesthetic to follow, we allowed the character of the apartment to guide the design and created a home that feels collected rather than prescribed.
The result is an interior that is intriguing, deep, multilayered and surprising, a space designed not simply to be beautiful, but to leave an impression.
